Hi, I’m Matt, founder of Kuyper Marketing Partners.

Great real estate agents usually don’t struggle with marketing because they lack expertise. The challenge is finding the time and the right marketing partner to turn that expertise into consistent, valuable content that sets them apart in a crowded market.

I’ve spent 10 years in the mortgage industry, progressing from transaction coordination and loan production to technical marketing, CRM administration, Marketing Manager, and eventually Marketing Director. That experience has given me something a general marketing agency usually can’t offer: a firsthand understanding of the transaction, the sales cycle, referral relationships, market trends, mortgage products, database follow up, and what it takes to earn a client’s trust.

I started Kuyper Marketing Partners to help mortgage and real estate professionals market themselves without having to become full time marketers.

That can include the everyday work that keeps your brand active, such as social graphics, client reviews, open houses, recently closed transactions, market updates, newsletters, presentations, and community content. It can also include the systems working behind the scenes, including Google Business Profiles, local articles, CRM organization, database segmentation, email and text campaigns, landing pages, interactive calculators, lead funnels, automation, and practical AI tools.

My goal isn’t to replace your voice with generic content. It’s to understand what makes you different and turn that into marketing that reflects your personality, values, expertise, and local market.

I use AI every day to improve efficiency, explore ideas, build tools, and expand what is possible. But AI by itself isn’t a marketing strategy. There is already plenty of recycled content and AI generated noise online. The winning combination is useful technology paired with human judgment, industry knowledge, thoughtful design, and genuine collaboration.

What I enjoy most is helping people grow. I work closely with my clients as a hands on partner, looking for opportunities, solving problems, and helping make sure good marketing doesn’t keep falling to the bottom of the list.
